In May 2025, we proudly onboarded 45 new colleagues as part of our accelerated growth strategy and our ambition to become Kazakhstan’s leading export company by 2028. This talented group will play a pivotal role in driving volume expansion for our latest strategic investment — the new ERW Pipe Mill project, which is set to significantly enhance our production capabilities and global market reach.
As part of our long-term commitment to inclusive growth, we also plan to welcome at least eight new team members by August 2026 from the differently-abled community. Negotiations with the relevant organizations are already underway, and we are committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities supported by training, accessibility, and long-term career development.
